Do I need to send products all the way to China?

We have cooperative warehouse in United States, Great Britain,Germany,Australia,Japan.

Customers from other countries will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.

 

The products are fine, but I changed my mind?

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please contact our customer service for the return address of your country.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

 

Products with quality problems?

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement.

 

Do I need to pay for the return fee?

Products with no quality problem, the return fee is charged by customer. If there are any defect or component broken of the products, we’ll pay for the return fee to our overseas warehouse (United States, Great Britain,Germany,Australia,Japan.) Customers from other countries will need to pay for the return fee to China.

 

When can I get my refund after send back the package to Wotefusi Lighting?

After we receive your return package, our warehouse colleague will check the packaging and product to make sure they are belong to us. We’ll refund to you within 1-2 working days after everything is well done.
